Great product, terrible communication

My order arrived 3 months late after numerous attempts to get hold of Whippet Games via email, text, and WhatsApp. I'd given up hope, but it did finally arrive and I am happy with the product overall - just not the communication. Hopefully this was just a one off instance as their other reviews are great, which is why I ordered.
